Un refrescante té verde en forma de aguja de pino, procedente de los remotos jardines tradicionales de la aldea de Jin Long Ping, con notas de mineralidad de montaña, seda de maíz y osmanthus.
The mineral note hits right at the back of the palate, then that osmanthus sweetness lingers like a memory of late summer. I brewed it three times this afternoon and it kept giving, the corn silk come through more each steep.
The pine-needle shape really holds up through multiple steeps, and that corn silk sweetness with a rocky minerality is unlike any green I've tried. Bought it for the osmanthus note on a whim, but the mountain depth keeps pulling me back for another cup.
Brewed this for the first time this afternoon and the corn silk sweetness is so gentle, it’s like drinking a cool mountain breeze. The leaves unroll beautifully and the minerality lingers long after each sip. Genuinely the most calming cup of tea I’ve had all summer.
