Vi brygger arvestykkevarianter av høytvokst svart te fra Det gyldne triangel i Sørøst-Asia med friske og florale sitroner fra California og syrlige, karamelliserte «black lemons» hentet fra jungelen i Guatemala. Black Lemon er svært oppkvikkende, aromatisk og forfriskende for ganen.
Iced this in a big glass with a lemon wheel and the citrus really pops against that malty black tea base. The California lemon flavor tastes fresh, not artificial, and it brews up bright without getting bitter.
That malty finish is what sold me — it balances the lemony zing perfectly, so it doesn't taste like a fruit bomb. I brewed a pot this morning and the aroma alone brightened up the kitchen.
