Brewed a cup this afternoon and the nectar sweetness really comes through, with this subtle baked note that lingers nicely. The leaves are surprisingly hearty for a green tea, so I got three solid infusions before it faded. Exactly the kind of complex, garden-direct character I was hoping for.

The dry leaves smell almost like baked pastry, and once steeped, that oolong-ish twist comes through with a soft nectar finish. I've been brewing it Gong Fu style and the fruity notes keep unfolding across several infusions. It’s become my go-to for hot afternoons.

This one’s got a lovely balance—the nectar sweetness really comes through on the finish, with that oolong-ish baked edge making it feel more complex than your average green. I brewed it twice and the second steep was just as fruity. Perfect for slow afternoons.
