Helder, aromatisch en citrusachtig met een moutige afdronk. Wij zetten erfgoedvariëteiten van hooggegroeide zwarte thee uit de Gouden Driehoek van Zuidoost-Azië met pittige en bloemige Californische citroenen en scherpe, gekaramelliseerde "zwarte citroenen" uit de jungles van Guatemala. Black Lemon is super energiek, aromatisch en verfrist het gehemelte.
Iced this in a big glass with a lemon wheel and the citrus really pops against that malty black tea base. The California lemon flavor tastes fresh, not artificial, and it brews up bright without getting bitter.
That malty finish is what sold me — it balances the lemony zing perfectly, so it doesn't taste like a fruit bomb. I brewed a pot this morning and the aroma alone brightened up the kitchen.
