That dark chocolate note really comes through on the finish, but the texture is what got me — it’s so round and smooth that it almost feels creamy. I’ve been making iced lattes with it every afternoon since the package arrived and I’m already halfway through the tin.

The emerald green color is so vivid when whisked, and it’s incredibly smooth with a rich, decadent body that lingers. I’ve tried a lot of summer matchas, but this one’s roundness feels almost creamy without any bitterness.
