梅花紅茶

Brewed a pot to go with my dark chocolate tart and the plum blossom scent lingered in the air just long enough to feel luxurious without overpowering the dessert. The liquor is deep and naturally sweet, almost like honey, and it stayed smooth even after it cooled down.

The plum blossom aroma is so delicate and natural, like a spring garden in a cup. It paired beautifully with my lemon tart, and the tea itself stayed sweet and smooth right down to the last sip.
