Det ger ett skimrande grönt och klart daggdroppsinfusion med en långvarig sötma som backas upp av den uppfriskande mineraliteten från Kirishimas vulkaniska jord i ekologiskt odlade teodlingar.
I’ve had a lot of green teas that turn bitter by the third steep, but this one stayed clear and sweet throughout the morning. The light steaming really lets those young Saemidori leaves shine, and the liquor is so clean it looks like liquid jade. Already looking forward to the next pot.
The first steep poured out practically clear but tasted like liquid spring—that delicate, grassy sweetness you only get from lightly steamed young leaves. I brewed it cooler than usual, around 70°C, and the emerald color stayed bright through three infusions. A quiet luxury for summer mornings.
