Bergamotros

The rose petals actually hold their scent all the way through the cup, and the bergamot gives it a bright edge that keeps the rooibos from feeling too heavy. Brewed a pot after dinner and the whole kitchen smelled like a garden. This is going to be my go-to for slow afternoons.

I wasn’t sure rooibos could feel this light and refreshing, but the bergamot gives it a bright citrus lift that balances the rose beautifully. Brews a soft pink and smells like a summer garden. This has become my afternoon wind-down ritual.

The rose petals are visible in the brew, and the rooibos base makes it smooth enough to sip without sweetener. I steeped it for five minutes and the bergamot came through bright but not bitter.
