Brewed this over ice after a long day in the sun and the ginger kick actually lingered nicely, which I didn't expect from a tea. The cranberry and raspberry mute the tartness just enough without making it syrupy, so it's crisp without being sharp. Already planning a second pitcher for the weekend.
