The plum blossom aroma is so delicate and natural, like a spring garden in a cup. It paired beautifully with my lemon tart, and the tea itself stayed sweet and smooth right down to the last sip.
Brewed this after dinner with a slice of pound cake and the deep, sweet Dian Hong base held up beautifully against the dessert without getting lost.
