The blend of 2-4 year vintages really comes through in the depth of this shu—each steep stays thick and earthy down to the last couple of cups. I've already restocked after just one order.
The first steep came out thick and almost syrupy, with that earthy depth I look for in shu. The 2-4 year aging really shows in how smooth it is, no harsh bite even on later infusions. Solid daily drinker for me.
The 2-4 year vintage blend gives it a depth I wasn't expecting from a tuo cha, and it holds up well through multiple steeps without turning bitter. It's become my go-to for a dark, grounding cup after dinner.
