I usually brew matcha with oat milk, but I tried this one straight with hot water and the texture is unbelievably smooth for a stone-milled powder—no clumps at all. That vivid green color tells you it’s fresh, and the sweetness lingers in a way that makes you want another sip. Definitely my new afte
