Un thé vert rafraîchissant en forme d'aiguilles de pin, provenant des jardins de thé anciens et reculés du village de Jin Long Ping, avec des notes de minéralité montagnarde, de soie de maïs et d'osmanthus.
The mineral note hits right at the back of the palate, then that osmanthus sweetness lingers like a memory of late summer. I brewed it three times this afternoon and it kept giving, the corn silk come through more each steep.
The pine-needle shape really holds up through multiple steeps, and that corn silk sweetness with a rocky minerality is unlike any green I've tried. Bought it for the osmanthus note on a whim, but the mountain depth keeps pulling me back for another cup.
Brewed this for the first time this afternoon and the corn silk sweetness is so gentle, it’s like drinking a cool mountain breeze. The leaves unroll beautifully and the minerality lingers long after each sip. Genuinely the most calming cup of tea I’ve had all summer.
