The deep crimson color it turns after steeping is gorgeous, and the tart, refreshing taste makes it perfect for a hot afternoon. I've been brewing a big pot every few days and chilling it, which is my new favorite way to use it in drinks.

Steeped some for iced tea this afternoon and the tangy, floral taste took me straight to a Caribbean beach. Half the bag is already gone, it's that easy to drink by the pitcher.
