Ingefær Lime Rooibos

I was skeptical that a rooibos could feel this refreshing, but the zesty lime and ginger give it a real summer punch. It's become my go-to for iced tea afternoons.

The lime hits first and then the ginger warms up your throat—it's genuinely refreshing on a hot afternoon. I brew it iced with a little honey and it's become my daily pick-me-up.

This is my third box this summer—the lime zest really wakes up the rooibos without masking that smooth, earthy base. Brews a gorgeous amber cup that tastes just as bright iced as it does hot.
